Specialized services
We manufacture all types of piping on your site or in our workshops. Depending on your specific requirements, we can manufacture new elements or modify existing ones. XLG manufactures bespoke vessels and tanks, as well as forming cylindrical parts. XLG works in the workshop for the most common piping parts, and can also work on site. We master all types of welding and assembly. We specialize in materials such as steel, stainless steel, PP, PE, PVC, PER and SVR.
Assembly and installation are carried out in line with your maintenance shutdowns, with meticulous preparation of the work and prior drawing up of the intervention plan to reduce downtime to an absolute minimum.

How did XLG calculate its carbon footprint?
Since 2022, XLG has carried out its annual carbon footprint by analyzing all its emissions across the three scopes: Scope 1: our direct emissions (vehicle fleet, fuel consumption, etc.), Scope 2: our electricity and energy consumption, Scope 3: all indirect emissions (purchases, travel, waste, etc.). This comprehensive approach gives us a global view of our environmental impact and enables us to identify concrete avenues for reduction. This data serves as a compass to guide our actions, with a clear objective: to reduce our emissions by at least 3% per year.

Do you have any certifications in line with your commitments?
XLG has been awarded the "Committed" badge by EcoVadis, and our Facility businesses are ISO 14 001 certified. XLG has also developed the XLG Safe & Natural range in partnership with the HTS Bio laboratory in France to meet the specific requirements of our worksites. This range, at the cutting edge of biotechnology, uses probiotics to guarantee prolonged product efficacy.
