Our Method

Machining is a range of processes for manufacturing parts by chip removal. The principle of machining is to remove material in order to give the raw part the desired shape and dimensions, using a machine tool. This technique means we create parts of great precision.

The machining of single parts or tools requires rigor and flexibility. According to a model or a plan, your unit parts are machined with method and precision. All the operations required for the manufacture of the part are planned and monitored.

Machining of repair parts

The machining of unit parts or tooling requires rigor and flexibility. Following a model or a plan, your unit parts are machined with method and precision. All the operations necessary to manufacture the part are planned and followed.

Turning

Conventional and CNC turning is provided for both unit and series machining. Turning is a machining process by removing material from a blank, the starting volume from which the part to be machined is to be shaped.

Milling

Milling is a manufacturing process where the removal of material in the form of chips results from the combination of two movements: the rotation of the cutting tool, on the one hand, and the advancement of the workpiece on the other.

Conventional milling and numerical controls are managed according to the specificities of the parts to be produced.

Whether it’s repairing gearboxes, crushers, pumps, mills, or and machines, we are equipped to handle a variety of demands.

The threading

As the tool digs the thread onto the workpiece, it moves longitudinally by “1 step to go” per spindle revolution.
This displacement is created by the rotation of the lead screw which must therefore turn “X” revolutions.

Drilling

Drilling is a machining operation that involves making a hole in a piece. This hole may go right through the piece or it may not come out at all.

Tapping

Tapping is the process of machining a thread inside a bore. A tapped hole is the complementary shape of a screw or threaded rod.

Metallization Repair Service

This spray-on surfacing process provides a repair without deformation or structural change to the part.

Our machine shop has a wide range of tools and equipment (milling machines, cylinder grinding machines, traditional drilling machines and hydraulic presses, shot blasting machines, machining center, numerical control lathe, etc.). Our team is able to create plans and manufacture new parts from worn or broken parts for which plans are no longer available.
