Space Management Consulting

As part of your renovation project, we arrange an initial meeting to identify your architectural needs and desires. Our approach begins with an analysis of your goals and the challenges of designing your workspace. We take into account your requirements, your corporate culture, the point of view of your collaborators as well as your way of working.

We will share with you our visions as well as our study for optimized management of your workspace as well as the best layout strategy for your organization.

In addition, we carry out a feasibility study and a technical audit that will allow us to establish a first intention that will lead to a first budget estimate.

During the preliminary phases of your project, a tour and survey of the building will allow us to create a 3D model on which your project can take shape. Based on this, it will be easy for us to discuss the different points and end up with your final virtual visit in which you will be able to project yourself and thus visualize in hyper-realism your future premises. Once the design has been validated, if necessary, we will carry out the various technical plans necessary for the realization, a detailed price offer of what will have been presented to you and will organize a planning.
